We use a pinhole boroscope camera to look directly inside wall and ceiling cavities through a tiny access point, moisture meters to measure exactly how saturated a material is, and FLIR thermal imaging to map temperature and moisture patterns across entire ceilings and walls — surfacing hidden problem areas before anything is opened up.
That inspection becomes the basis for your quote: we scope exactly what needs to be removed and treated, not a guess padded to cover uncertainty. We only cut out what the inspection actually shows has to come out — not your rebuild budget.

We visit the property, inspect the affected area and surrounding zones using a boroscope, moisture meter, and FLIR thermal camera, and walk you through what we find on the spot. You'll receive a written scope of work and quote shortly after.
Will you need to cut open my walls or ceiling to assess the damage?
No. The boroscope only requires a small pinhole-sized access point to see inside a cavity. Combined with moisture meters and thermal imaging, we can assess most situations without any demolition during the inspection itself.
How can you tell if there's mold without removing materials?
FLIR thermal imaging reveals temperature and moisture irregularities across a surface that often indicate trapped moisture or active mold growth behind it, and moisture meters confirm saturation levels directly. Together they tell us where a problem exists before any material is removed.
