About RestorNet

When you call RestorNet, you're not reaching a call centre — you're reaching me, the person who will show up at your door, assess the problem honestly, and do the work myself.
How I got here
I didn't plan on a career in decontamination. A few years ago I was a university student, and like a lot of students, money was tight. One term the cost of my textbooks was simply more than I could manage, so I stepped away from school for a semester and took a job to earn it back.
That job was in decontamination. I figured it would be temporary — something to bridge the gap until I went back to class.
It wasn't. I fell for the work almost immediately, and I never looked back. There's something that stuck with me about walking into a home where mold or contamination is quietly making a family sick, doing the work properly, and walking out knowing the space is safe again. It's physical, it's technical, and the result is real. That was more satisfying than anything a lecture hall had offered me.
Why I started RestorNet
The more I worked in this industry, the more I noticed the same pattern: inflated quotes, fear used as a sales tactic, and big-company overhead quietly passed on to the homeowner. Good, safe work was being priced like a luxury.
I started RestorNet on a simple conviction — that you shouldn't have to choose between fair pricing and top-notch service. You can do the job to the highest standard, follow the safety rules to the letter (CNESST-compliant, proper containment, registered products), and still charge people honestly. That balance is the whole reason this company exists.
What you get with RestorNet
Because I'm an owner-operator, the person who quotes your job is the same person who does it and stands behind it. No rotating crews, no handoffs, no markup for a head office. Just careful, respectful, expert decontamination — and a straight answer about what your home actually needs, not what pads the invoice.
If your home has a mold, moisture, or contamination problem, I'd be glad to take a look.
