RestorNet Mold Removal Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. • Contact / quote request form: name, phone number, email address, city, affected area, and a description of your situation.
• Uploaded photos: photos you voluntarily attach to a quote request to help us assess your situation.
• Chat assistant: the messages you exchange with our assistant, plus your name, phone number, city, and issue description if you provide them to request a callback.

We do not collect any personal information via cookies. Our site-usage tool (Vercel Web Analytics) only collects anonymized, aggregated page-view data — it cannot identify you individually and stores no IP addresses.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a free assessment, prepare a quote, and deliver our remediation services. We never sell your personal information and never use it for unsolicited marketing.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Some are based in the United States, which means your information is transferred outside Quebec in these cases:

• Resend (United States) — delivers the emails generated by our forms to our inbox.
• Anthropic (United States) — processes messages exchanged with our chat assistant in order to generate a reply. Conversations are sent to this provider solely for that purpose.
• Vercel (United States/international) — hosts the site and provides our anonymized traffic statistics.

We do not share your information with any other company, and never for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Photos uploaded with a quote request are automatically deleted after 90 days. Other information (contact details, communication history) is kept only as long as needed to respond to your request or complete the work, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, for accounting purposes).

Your rights
